My Mission
My mission is to redefine chiropractic care by integrating personalized manual therapy, movement solutions, and education to empower individuals in their health journey. I go beyond symptom relief, focusing on uncovering the root causes of movement issues to provide sustainable, long-term improvements in mobility and function.
By combining my knowledge in neuroscience and biomechanics with advanced hands-on techniques, I aim to help patients achieve their full potential—whether it's recovering from an injury, enhancing performance, or improving day-to-day movement. Every patient is unique, and my goal is to provide a comprehensive, collaborative approach that ensures you remain an active participant in your health and well-being.

Active Release Techniques® (ART) is a specialized hands-on treatment designed to address soft tissue and nerve-related problems such as muscle strains, sprains, and other musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Using precise, movement-based techniques, ART helps to relieve pain and restore function by targeting the root causes of dysfunction. This method offers faster and more effective recovery compared to many traditional therapies by actively engaging the affected tissues during treatment.

RockTape IASTM
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. The use of steel tools to aid in soft tissue treatment, but it doesn't have to be as intense as commonly perceived. Techniques can be gentle, yet highly effective, in improving movement and reducing discomfort. This approach not only enhances soft tissue mobilization but also integrates with corrective exercises and taping techniques for comprehensive patient care.

The Integrated Assessment (IA) and Integrated Patterning (IP) techniques work together to assess and correct movement issues. IA systematically evaluates joint function and movement, identifying problems that can be addressed through therapy. IP complements this by providing targeted exercises to restore proper movement, emphasizing that movement-based problems require movement-focused solutions.
